  • Specialty green coffee beans with 5 or less defects and no primary defects per 300 grams.

  • Varietals:
Caturra - Well-known for its rich sweetness and gentle profile, it is a well-balanced, smooth coffee. Its sweetness is complemented by a distinctive citrus acidity and pleasant cacao notes.
Parainema - A large bean with a unique cup profile that is bright, balanced, smooth with unmistakable tropical fruit notes. Other highlights include caramel and vanilla. The coffee has a medium body with a creamy mouthfeel that lingers.

      Repeat buyer directly from them they have two or three of their own beans. I am a small roaster so I buy green beans. I’m talking their green beans exceptional quality 10 to 20 pounds a month for the most part
      They’re wonderful they’re clean. They roast so well their unique one’s a little bigger than the other one’s a little chocolate ones fruitier great to work with you know once in a while I go somewhere else big and small and I always come back to them. They are. My favorite place. The price is fair if not slightly under Market for sure with as good quality as they offer, but I don’t want them to raise their price so I’m afraid to say that ha ha

      Versatile bean that we roast light medium and dark for a variety of brewing methods. Year by year it remains consistent and has a complex and flavourful profile.
